The website offers a platform that enables Employers and Projects owners to post projects or work that could be delivered by Service Providers or Work Seekers.

 

Who is the Employer or the Project Owner?

The Employer or Project Owner is any company or individual who has a requirement that could be developed or delivered by a third party know as a Service Provider or a Work Seeker. The Employer simply post a project with details on the requirements and start receiving proposals from Service Providers.

Who is the Service Provider or Work Seeker?

Anyone who has the skills or experience and have the interest and time to use those skills to generate an income from projects that were posted by employers on the website.

What is a project or work?

A project is a task or multiple tasks that were identified to be a requirement by a project owner or an employer who does not have the time or the skills to do personally. It is also those projects that are usually of one-time nature or could be extended to be on contract basis.

What are available types of Work or Projects on Bahrain Skills?

As there are no limits to skills people can have, there could be no limits to the types and number of projects that are posted on Bahrain Skills. Projects are posted on the website around the clock once an Employer identified a need. As an example, following are the main categories that has many types of skills linked to them. The Service provider and Work Seeker need to add the relevant skills to their personal profile to be able to send their proposals to the project owners.

What is a proposal or a bid?

Once you have searched and found work or a project that you would like to work for, you need to make sure that the relevant skills are added to your profile so that you can submit your proposal. The proposal is simply an overview on how were you able to deliver similar work or the explain the way that would enable you to deliver the project requirements. You also need to specify the period required to complete the work and the price that you will charge for delivering this service.
